idk if this is the right place to ask but whatever
longest essay i've had to write until today was 1k words
but i had to write an essay for today, about 3k words long
i got about 1k words left and not much time
have worked on this for like 10-11 hours over the past 24 hours

my brain's starting to fail me and idk what to do
i'm not even productive atm, half the time i find myself being half asleep just staring at my computer

what should I do?
what do you guys usually do in this case?

i know you said your pressed for time but take a break. Go workout or play a game for 1 hour ( no more). Then come back to it itll help clear your head. Also talking to someone about the essay helps too sometimes itll help spur ideas or get your brain going.

I for myself would say that time management is essential in this case. I highly doubt that you only had one day for this assignment, so next time try to start earlier.
