Also, I've been told that my responses have no "flow." Can someone explain to me what "flow" might mean? (I tried saying that I wrote in a format of Point A -> B -> C and I was told that's not a good flow)

depends on context, you should post what you have. it could mean lack of transitions, lack of cause-effect relationships, lack of summarizing, etc.

The first sentence really doesnt fit at all with the rest of it. i think you should put more focus on the reason you chose the field. and the last 1-2 sentences feels like sucking up which doesn't really fit with your goals.
