Heya, so I have this problem, and I don't necessarily need the answer, just maybe a link to a wikipedia page that discusses what I need to do.

Here's the problem:

The dataset on exercise and health provides information about the health of
two groups of individuals who had different patterns of exercise. Is there
any evidence to conclude that exercising had any influence on their
health?

There is never any evidence when dealing with statistics.

Usually, an implied protocol is applied, just like :

is it 90% safe to say this,
is it 95% safe to say that,
is it 99% safe to say ...

Generally one conducts statistical analysis in order to acquire evidence to support a conclusion.
Ex. If we are 90% certain that the mean difference between sales of product A and product B are not 0, we have evidence that they are not selling equally well.

from the data in the table, there is no evidence that running causes or increases the chances any of those things. there might be a correlation you can take from this data, but that doesnt mean exercise is causing any of these ailments.

Sorry if my intentions weren't clear.
Product A and B from my previous post are completely hypothetical.
I was merely using them to demonstrate that although statisticians do not "accept" null hypotheses, they do in fact gather evidence.

I didn't intend to make any claims about the OP's data.
