Hey guys, I need some ideas/help on a presentation I have to do. My mind lacks any creativity with these kinds of things at all

I need a good advert to analyze hopefully 1-1:30 minutes long. I then need to give a presentation on the advert and how it will persuade/make the viewer want to buy the product.

Of course I'm happy to pay in fg for help :santa:

First of all you need to be sure what you have in front of you. To say it in simple words according to Leo Burnett:

Quote
Advertising could be boiled down into three simple messages: "Here's what we've got. Here's what it will do for you. Here's how to get it."

There are several things you need to take care of when creating a good advertisement.
- the "KISS" (keep it short and simple) rule should apply.
- the attention span of the audience should not get exhausted but animated.
- also advertisements are often exaggerated to a certain degree to amplify the feelings towards the product even more.
- it COULD (isnt always the case of course) be good to keep the product "out of the advertisement" till the end to make the audience wonder what this is about and keep them curious while "momentum" is built up.

Heineken is actually really good at this:

Hope this helps :)

Just pick an advertisement that has stood out to you. It can be comedic, sad, or deep, and that talk about how it affected you as you were watching it. What sort of techniques do they use to grab the viewer's attention? What were they marketing? How were they marketing it? Were you convinced?

Things of that nature. If you want more help, feel free to PM me.
