19.62Nm- 64.95Nm = 45.33Nm counter clockwise

b. angular acceleration

I*alpha= Sum(moments)
alpha= 45.33Nm/ ((1/3)(1kg)(4m)^2)
alpha= 8.5 rad/s/s counter clockwise

c. tangential accel
f_t = m *a_t
a_tangential =r*alpha
accel = 4m*8.5=34m/s/s
