I looked it over and this will be easier if you do it yourself. You need to fill out an application of 14 personal questions (you post your answers in mIRC chat).
After they see your application, you will have to do a short interview with them.
To use mIRC and get into the channel to apply, simply download the program and then on the website you gave above, click the following hyperlink:
If you are having trouble logging in you con come talk to us @ irc.thevault.bz/#thevault.bz
mIRC will automatically launch and bring you into the channel. If you are not in the channel, type /join #thevault.bz
Once you're in the channel, type /join #thevault-invites
and this is where you will put the answers to the application and await your interview.

Here are the 14 questions:
1) First Name / Age / Location / Gender / 3 words that describe you.
2) Have either you or any of your friends, colleagues or family members ever been a member of TheVault or its sister sites now or in the past? If so, please list which site(s) you or they have belonged to, along with usernames at each.
3) Please tell us about yourself:
- What are your goals in business, short-term/long-term?
- What business experience (if any) do you have?
- What specific business topics do you want to learn more about?
- How do you hope to benefit by joining TheVault?
- What does business mean to you?
Please be honest, lengthy and detailed (not just one sentence, use several lines) - this is THE MOST IMPORTANT section.
4) Please list ALL torrent trackers you are a member of, along with your user name and current ratio at each.
5) Please list all online business, poker forums and related forums you are a member of, along with your user name and profile link at each. These could include (but aren't limited to) blackhatworld, blackhatteam, iranjava, feedurbrain, etc.
6) How does one calculate the ratio? How much data would you have to seed to get a 2.0 ratio if you've downloaded 2 GB of data? / What is a fair ratio to keep? / How many days or weeks do you have to fix a bad ratio before you run into problems *at this tracker*? (see Rules/FAQ)(Please answer this section fully! But if you can't upload enough, you can also fix your ratio by donating to the site using PayPal.)
7) Where and how EXACTLY did you find out about TheVault? ("Google" is not good enough!) Please link to any online resources or forum threads that helped you learn about TheVault or convinced you to come here. How did you find those resources or threads? / IF a friend told you about TheVault, what did they say that convinced you to come join? What is that friend's username at TheVault? (If you're not sure, ask them.) / When did you first find out about TheVault, and what took you this long to apply for membership?
8) Do you plan on participating in the forums? / Do you plan to hang out in the IRC chat channel? / Are you a forum or chat person now? Please explain.
9) What specific content is allowed on this tracker? / Which file formats are banned? (see Rules/FAQ)
10) What business information products, authors or resources have you found most helpful?
11) Where do you get your business products now? Do or did you invest in books, courses and/or other products to improve your mindset, business, financial well-being, etc.? What kind and how often?
