Let O be the centre of the circle.
<AOC is twice <ABC.
Then you should be able to find the radius of the circle.
the radius is easy to find, pythagoras gives you that:
r^2 = 33^2 + (r-8)^2 - just visualise where the centre is and that you have a triangle with a right angle at the midpoint of the chord
once you have the length of the sides of that triangle work out the angles
double the angle at the centre so you get the angle at the centre radiating to A and C
from there it should be easy to finish the problem
