Paying 20fg per. Please show your work.

A uniform electric field of 20kV/m points vertically upward.

How far apart are the equipotential planes that differ by 780V ?

A parallel plate capacitor has a plate area of 0.515m2 and a plate separation of 1.95mm . What is its capacitance?




How much charge flows through a 24-V battery when a 4.0-μF capacitor is connected across its terminals?
Express your answer using two significant figures.




A capacitor has a capacitance of 45pF , which increases to 190pF when a dielectric material is between its plates.
What is the dielectric constant of the material?
Express your answer using two significant figures.

You should really ask your professor for help if you do not understand this. At the very least, you should put forth some effort into what you're doing.
I wasn't the best at physics, and at the very least, I wrote out what was given, what was needed. I'm going to put in the general needs, but I won't solve the problems.

1. Electric field is the rate of change of potential. You use E = v/d

2. εo * (A/d)

4. C= (E*a)/d
E = Er x Eo
