d. Your payment of tuition for a given university/college.
e. A college's expenditure on rebuilding its athletic facilities.

At a glance I would say A, B and C are counted in national income while D and E are counted in product accounting.

A bond is more of an investment that keeps it's value and after certain years you're reimbursed

A bond is a debt security where the issuer pays interest over some period before generally repaying the principle... government issued bond's make up a large portion of the bond market, at least in the US. I would certainly consider buying a treasury bond as an investment in national income.
