I'm co-authoring a paper that will be published soon. It's pretty much all finished except we need to put in tables/figures from Excel (just lots of statistics) and put them into Word. The problem is, some of the tables are huge and my professor and myself can't figure out how to get them in there without having it span a million pages, having it be 10 pt font at the minimum, and having it not messy. If you help me figure out this problem, you'll get 100 fg no questions asked. You have to be a genius with Excel though to grasp what I'm asking for.

You can't magically fit a big ass excel table in a word document without dropping the font size dramastically.

maybe you should use a chart summarizing it instead?

you can change the orientation so that you can fit more horizontal columns, but thats it.

best option for you is to include everything because its a paper. dobt make it a part of your main but rather a part of an appendix. so in the text you just say if you refer to the figure on appendix 4.1 etc

The easiest way to do this is to screenshot the tables in excel and then paste them in paint, cut out the chart from paint and then paste it as a picture, resizing it the best you can in the word document.
