Ideally you should expect 47.7% (= 34.1% + 13.6%) between mu and mu - 2*sigma . The problem gives a value of 47.5%, close enough to 47.7% to consider ~2*sigma .

(100 - 85) / 2 = 7.5


You should expect images to show when your post count is above 25 if I'm correct.
