Pick a law people might break because they think it is wrong. If you might do so too, Write an essay in which you defend your actions. If
you would not, write an essay in which you argue against those who would. Consider the reasons King cites for his violations of the law.

which portion would be easier to write that can contain more knowledge on the argument ?

I don't know a lot about the letter or anything. I'd suggest picking the ones where people breaks the law. This is because laws are based on the government etc for the most part, but they may not always be right. If it's something serious then more or less, people will know it, but believe should not exist.
This gives a stronger argument imo since obviously you broke the law but there should be a stronger argument here on why they did it, why the law shouldn't be there or is rightfully correct

I'm doing kings letter in two separate classes right now.

My question for you though is, does this law need to be in the present day? If you can use any law throughout history, slavery, prohibition, etc would be obvious answers.

1. Intro and Thesis, context on MLK
2. Context on your chosen law, reasons for breaking that law specifically
3. Compare/contrast king's reasons and your own, which one of his apply and which don't.
4. Discuss general importance of willingness to break specific laws and the impact it can have, restate thesis.
