Water has a high specific heat.How does this fact that humans are largely made up of water help us regulate our body temperature?

I'm clueless as what specific heat of water has to do with body temperature can someone point me towards the answer or give me a hint?

The unit of specific heat is: Energy Unit/(Degree * mass)

An example of this is: Joule/(° C * gram)

The specific heat of water is pretty high: 4.186 Joule/(gram °C)

This means that it takes 4.186 Joules of energy to raise the temperature of 1 gram of water by 1 degree Celsius.

I don't want to veer you in the wrong direction so i'll abstain from guessing an answer to the actual question, but this is what specific heat is [aka heat capacity].

I put that since we have a high specific heat (water), that it helps us maintain our current body temperature 97-98 degrees Celsius, because It takes a lot to heat up.

except, we arent 97-98 degrees celsius :P

also, the use of water can also help us keep cool via sweating.
