having a hard time understanding events.

such as P(A n B) P(A u B)

P(A|B)
P(A')

..etc so hard

What do you not understand about them?

"n" is intersect, in which what is the probability that both events A and B occur.
"u" is union, but its the probability that either event A or B occur.

P(A|B) is conditional probability - the probability of A happening, given event B.

/e P(A') is just the complement of P(A) : P(A)+P(A') = 1.
