1 'bar graph' showing standard deviation and 1 line graph with standard deviation and a trend line

I need my data consolidated (currently in years 1977-2013) I'd like to have the data for years in groups of 5 (1977-1981, 1982-1986, ect to 2013), plotted against price ($) average with standard deviation). all data is provided.
