According to the October 10th issue of the Montreal Gazette, disability causes 48% of all mortgage foreclosures. If a large lending institution audits 20 mortgage foreclosures, please find the probability that 4 or fewer of the foreclosures are due to a disability.


The answer is 0.96% but I have trouble finding it, can anybody help please. thank you
