So I have to make a graph on excel, and I'm not very proficient with it.
I was wondering if anyone could make me a graph with the following info:

But like literally you would just highlight that data and press the graph button

it seems strange to use a bar chart instead a scatter plot for something like this, but then he DID specifically say this:

so I might have chosen to do the same.
