When does the cell usually divide out of these choices?
interphase, prophase, metaphase, anaphase, or telophase?

pretty sure its either prophase or telophase?

just took this class long ago. but taking a dumbed down portion, but sorta forgot this basic stuff lol.

I took biology like 2 years ago, I believe it's anaphase.

At least, "At the end of anaphase, the cell has succeeded in separating identical copies of the genetic material into two distinct populations."

If you are talking about the division of identical copies, then yeah.
