1. What are the advantages/disadvantages of equally weighting question on a midterm?
I wrote down that there are two assumptions that my prof spoke of but I do not get them.. One is that the model is uni-dimensional and that all items are equally good items.
2. From a psychometric point of view, what short comings do exams have?
My prof said something about exams not being validated but I don't quite understand that.
