I have gotton have a Notice of Intent to Prohabit.

I need to write a one paragraph, saying that the police officer do not have full evidence for my 5 points I got in one day
for driving straight on the right only lane and carrying more than 2 people in the car when i am N driver.

police officer have mistaken me , police officer was standing over 200m far away, and
optical illution might have caused him to think that I have went straight on the right only lane. I did not. It was after I passed the traffic light, pulled in the right lane, but Police offier
was too far away to notice. He thought I went straight on the right only lane, before the traffic light.


but I was too paranoid and was going through crohn's disease flare up (its a disease condition I have, it makes me paranoid and painlful)
police officer was pressuring me to sign the paper, and I was not very good in english at all, So i just sighed, without knowing what I did wrong.

I did admit, i was carrying more than 2 people in the vehicle, but I shouldn't be penalties for that because there was no reason for the cop to pull me over.
I am short-haired asian, it might have been the reason for them to pull me over, just because I looked thug.

I want a proper evidence from the cop for the reason of pull over, or I believe it is rasicm or properly argued in the court.
