Ok, so I am building a portable powerpack for photography.

Basically that with these parts

And I will be shooting with 2x of these strobes going at a time, worse case scenario both will be at full power so 320Ws per fire

Few questions:


1. How do I charge it/know when it needs to be charged(figured, when its dead ill know....)
2. How many times can I fire 2x of these(at the same time) before this battery goes completely dead
3. Is it safe to use all of the items above together without any other things being needed?

roughly, you can have both lamps on continuously for 3 hours at max power

they are strobes, so they only flash when I shoot the camera.

yes, so the battery should easily last over 3 hours

your inverter is more than enough
Honestly, I think the inverter you've chosen is actually too much , and could drain your battery quicker

hopefully someone else will come by and give you better advice with more assurance

I was told a lithium ion battery and a sine wave inverter

so I found a 1100w sine wave one and haven't found a battery yet?

you don't need a lithium ion battery
go with a regular car battery like in the guide you posted
going with lithium would be more difficult and totally unneeded
you just don't want to get into that, especially if you don't know what you're doing.

la comparable lithium battery pack to the battery to posted would cost several times more
this bottom battery is actually less than your posted battery, amp hour wise

also, they most likely will require a battery charging/monitoring system that can be difficult to acquire/use on top of more $
