The Question:

It takes evelyn, traveling at 36mph 20 minutes longer to go a certain distance than stephen traveling at 52 mph. Find the distance Traveled..

build 2 expressions and set equal to each other because total distance is the same.

(36 mph)(x+20) = (52 mph)(x)

then solve for x
