You need......
15 variables (1 for each plant type in each parcel)
5 constraints for acreage in each parcel
5 constraints for amount of irrigation needed in each parcel, derived from how much of what you plant there
3 constraints on maximum allowable crops you can make (based on sales limits)
3 constraints on how much irrigation each plant type requires per acre
1 variable for profit
16 variables 16 constraints, GL with that lol
depending on which is more profitable per irrigation requirement, allot accordingly; if the best is maxed use second best ofc
then check to see if profit > 6k
