Seems like you aren't given enough information and will have to either use a ruler to get your dimensions or make some heavy estimations, and assume it is to scale.

Second part only asks along the axis, so use your vertical displacement and use theta to find the axial movement.

I tried cos67.8 = 1.76/h but that didn't give me the right answer, what do I do with theta and the vertical displacement?

You don't need to solve for h.

tan(67.8) = x/v where v is vertical displacement and x is what you want
