I have a long list (over 12000 entries)
need help with countif functions
across 3 rows.

(Airplane name) (Arrived on or not) (City)

and need to organize the two airplane names and their corresponding information and make some statistics about it
Like airplane A arrived in city X how many times? How many were on time? How many were delayed?

Countif(range, "name")

if you have multiple criteria, you have to use other formulas
= sumproduct ((E1:E6="airplane name")*(F1:F6="arrived")*(G1:G6="city"))

so if just one of these criteria isn't met, it doesn't contribute to the sum

If you are not limited to the countif function or identifying "unique entries" through the sum product above ^^, a pivot table should be able to organize all that data
