1. 5/6
2. I'm assuming that minus sign is on the x->3 so approaching from the left. answer is 'negative infinity': - [sideways 8]
3. 5/2

1) factor numerator and denominator:
(3x + 2)(x - 1) / (x + 5)(x - 1)

the (x - 1)'s cancel, leaving:
(3x + 2) / (x + 5)

now plug your limit value in and solve:

(3(1) + 2) / (1 + 5) = 5/6

2) plug in a value really close to 3 on the left side (try 2.999).
The value is approaching negative infinity

3) Divide each term by the x with the largest exponent (x^2), leaving:

[5 - (4/x)] / [2 + (3/x^2)]

now plug in your limit value and evaluate. (Notice as a denominator goes to infinity, the term goes to zero):

(5 - 0) / (2 + 0) = 5/2

tried putting in some explanations for you to help you understand. Plz send the fg to Exx for answering first

imo you would deserve 1/2 of the fg distributed, based on providing sound explanation ;)
