OK question was
4.0 kg toboggan rests on a frictionless icy surface, and a 2.0 kg block rests on top of the toboggan. The coefficient of static friction μs between the block and the surface of the toboggan is 0.58, whereas the kinetic friction
coefficient is 0.48. The block is pulled by a horizontal force of 30 N as shown.
a. Calculate the block’s acceleration.
b. Calculate the toboggan’s acceleration
c. If the applied force is gradually reduced, at what value do the block
and the toboggan have the same acceleration?
so for a) normal force of the block = 2x9.8 so 19.6N, so friction = 0.48 x 19.6 or 9.408, then do 30-9.408 = 20.6N which is the real force, using F = M x A i can do 20.6 = 2 x A to get the acceleration of the rock to be 10.3m/s^2

Im pretty sure the toboggans movement is 100% accounted for by the friction caused so that means it is being pushed with a force of 9.408N so do that /4(mass of toboggan) = 2.35m/s^2 for the acceleration of it
c) I did pure yolo math here and just decided that this is basically saying when (friction / 4) = ((force - friction)/4) and I got the answer to be when a force of 14.1N is applied then they will both have the same acceleration.
did i do this right? Ty in advance for help
