Correlate the following variables (with a two-tailed test of significance): happy (1 = very unhappy, 5 = very happy), honest (1 = not honest, 5 = very honest), cheat (1 = would DEFINITELY NOT cheat, 5 = VERY LIKELY to cheat), ticket (# of traffic tickets received in the past 5 years), gpa (from 0 - 4.00), drink_typical (# of drinks you have on a typical day when you drink alcohol)
Of the variables you correlated above, select the variables that are significantly correlated with "happy" (you may select more than one variable). Note that significant = any p value less than .05. A p value of .000 in SPSS means it is smaller than .001.
