Blueprint
Our product is quite new to market. So, the appropriate plan would be napkin plan.

Seven-step e-marketing plan
I. Situational Analysis
SWOT Analysis
Strengths Weaknesses
- Fast delivery
- Customer oriented
- Good quality
- Knowledge employees
- Convenience - No offline store
- Brand reputation
- Higher price
Opportunities Threats
- Grow in the market -> wine consumption rate in Thailand has increased continuously
- Approach to young adults
- Partnership - Indirect competitors such as Wine Connection
- Changing in law such as higher impose tax rate on imported wine
- Exchange rate
- Slow growth at first

Firm’s Environment
• Legal – changing in age of allowing buying alcohol drinks in Thai citizens such as from 20-year-old to 25 year-old. Also, increasing in alcohol’s tax rate.
• Technology – nowadays, almost everything is online and people always access the internet. It can help us to promote efficiently on the internet.
• Social – currently, wine consumers in Thailand has been increasing by eight percent from last year.
• Economic – higher in interest rate can affect our company in term of getting loan
Competitive Advantage
We provide a small size of four wine bottles hence, customers can taste a various taste of wine and know the taste and type which they really like.
*we can’t review current marketing plan and brand recognition and firm’s objectives, strategies and performance metrics from e-marketing point of view because our product is not well known yet*
II. E-marketing Strategic planning
*how to determine the fit between strategy and organization in the current environment?*
Market opportunity analysis, demand and supply analysis
According to matichon.co.th (2013) indicated that within next three years wine market will expand to percent due to the rising in drinking style. Because of this, we assumed that our customers will increase also. Another two reasons are our products are convenience (don’t have to step out from home), and wine with Italy national is popular in Thailand.

Segment and customer analysis
With the fact that most of medium and high income people lives in city like Bangkok so they can easily buy our products.

Tier 1 strategies, could you please explain what is tier 1 strategies (segmentation, targeting, differentiation, and positioning strategies) and what we have to write about it?

III. Objectives
• To increase website visitor to 40,000 within 2014
• To increase product’s reviews within 2015
• To reduce some cost by doing online advertisement within 2014
• To increase double number of customers by 2015
• To expand our brand reputation within 2016
• To create 24/7 call center within December, 2013
• To be partnered with some famous restaurants within two and a half years

IV. E-marketing strategies
Tier 2 strategy
• Product strategy -> customers in normal type and premium type can choose their own preference tastes for two bottles
• Pricing strategy ->we used dynamic pricing strategy because each type of wine club has different price
• Distribution -> direct marketing will be applied as our strategy for the reason that we sell directly to customer (has no agent) and we will do direct distribute to customer.
• Market communications -> e-mail is our first way to communicate for inviting consumers to wine event and the second way is social networking by liking our Facebook fanpage customers will get 10 percent discount code for free.
• Customer relations -> we will provide live chat with wine expert for customers.
• Partner relation -> with our suppliers like paper box producing company, we will try to reach a win-win agreement. For example, supplier willing to give fixed cost for paper box but we need to be their customer for six years.

V. Implementation plans
*How to design e-marketing tactics for analysis? (product, price, distribution, communication)*
Information gathering
• Website forms

• Cookies -> we can use number of the most visited product to be two random wine bottles for customers
• Feedback email -> after delivery, we will send e-mail to customers to ask about general satisfaction.
• Online surveys -> every six months, we will ask customer to fill our service survey to see what should we improve, and also to get what type of wine is in current trend.
• Website log analysis -> to expand in the future, we can look at the most visitors from which country or city. Also, during what time is the rush hour hence, we can launch some promotion for customers.
• Competition and market research -> we will look at what service and product that the competitor provides and compare to us. For marketing research, we can do a survey on the trend of drinking wine in Thailand in order to develop our product and service.
