google online latex and paste this

\frac{F}{g}=\int_0^{2.4}{\rho \ A \ dz}=\int_0^{1.5}{\rho_1 \ \pi \ (r(z))^2\ dz}+\int_{1.5}^{2.4}{\rho_2 \ \pi \ (r(z))^2 \ dz} \\ r(0)=1.5m, \ r(2.4)=0.6m \\ $Then at the end add the atmospheric force because I think that's what they want. Meh on the other two questions.$

Prblem 1 is pressure times area. Pressure at a depth is rho * gravity * height. You have two fluids here and two heights so be careful. Area is the circle.

Prob 2 is just the buoyancy force of the thing

Use bernoulli's on problem 3. It's basically conservation of energy.
