matlab isn't free. it's 99$ for students iirc. but if your school assigns it, they might have a computer lab with it.

All trolling aside, how was your calc 3 experience compared to calc 2? Easier or harder?

why you don't download octave?
same syntax as matlab, but free. i always use octave, works faster than matlab and doesn't need all those useless gui-buttons.

1) create m-file with your script (fileending ".m", inside use matlab syntax code)
2) run this in the console: "octave file.m"
3) profit

(only if you would need special toolboxes you had to add some packages, when available.)

plz don't insult newton. if you go by your curriculum, calc might be a 'joke'. but to harness the full power of calc is non-trivial imo.

idk but matlab pretty much has pirated version available hours after the new release

just search around, it is probably the easiest software to pirate in the world (im not even kidding)

matlab is really similar to python I guess, and it works pretty well to solidworks

calc 3 is much harder than calc 2, especially if you didnt take analysis 2 or abstract algebra. if you're taking analysis 3/4 then calc 3 (vector calc im guessing here?) should be a joke

edit: good to see you got it done

not sure why my post decided to post 1 hour later
