^how do these words relate to each other?

It's a way of interacting in a community and development.
You start off motivated to do a task, you think it through being cognitive, you learn how to do it as the process goes on, other people join on and it evolves. It's kind of like a stage of starting a business.

Cocoo is right. The words combined show a sense of progression in society/community/business/anything. The act of moving forward.

Social cultural barriers affect how people in the modernized united states and other developed/ developing countries are motivated to learn in schools. These barriers , in turn, affect the cognitive abilities of certain social classes leading to the long term evolution of social classes unless steps are taken to level the playing field between the rich and the poor.
