A guy offered to do an essay for me, for 500fg... I sent him a quarter of it upfront... He sent me an attachment back... Only half of it shows up.. And when I ask him to send me the rest he won't respond or he'll give an excuse like he's at work... For a different think, I asked him to do an article review for me... He copied and pasted the entire thing from different websites... Should I ask him to give me the FG back (although it's all gone he used it all) or can I get him locked or anything because I'm pretty sure that this is exactly something JSP enforces...

you think maybe it's all just a big misunderstanding and he'll fix it... It's an extra credit assignment in physics and I did all of the stuff except for two things. Maybe the guy will feel bad and do the actual thing for me?
