It's written in a different format from the one I use, but, it looks as if one is going from an oxidation number of 0 (no + or - listed) to an oxidation number of +2, and that the other one is going from an oxidation number of +2 to one of 0.
The lower the number the higher the electron count, and since oxidation is when it loses electrons, the one where the number increases is the one undergoing oxidation. That should sort out any confusion.
