Is there a section(s) in a sales contract relating to noise exposure?

This isn't for a business course or whatever, it's a study of societal impact relating to physics

doubt very much that there would be one in a standard product sales contract
there might be a special section though in real estate contracts when the property is (potentially) exposed to noise, eg close to airport
