need to know more about x, if 4x <=1, the limit is 0, otherwise it is infinity. I think, heh.

I need the values of x so that the limit = 0.

so x <=1/4 ?

oops, was thinking of the sum, convergence and divergence - 'Azrad' in #2 is right, and therefor

lim n-> infinity [ (4x)^n / (n+1) ] = 0

if and only if -0.25 =< x =< 0.25.
