Im currently at Sierra College JC. My first year I finished with a 2.78 GPA and my major is Bio Sci.
I wanna transfer to UCD SJSU or SDSU i was wondering if i get like a 3.0-3.1 if they will accept that. If not what would i need? And is it to late to get the desired gpa?

You'll be able to get into the CSUs for sure.

Not sure about UC Davis.
UC's typically have higher requirements.

depends on ethnicity A LOT. Depends on what major youre planning as well.
thats a pretty bad GPA for jr college. Change your major to something you are better at.
