Lookin for personal experience that took this course

Im taking it right now and its pretty straight forward, pretty common sense in my opinion. Its like leadership styles, how to be an effective leader, different management types and what not. There will be lots of models of varying types that deal with management and leadership styles that you will have to work with. I dont know if your school/professor will do it like this, but ours broke the class up into smaller groups to work on team building and management styles. I hope this was somewhat helpful feel free to pm me if you have any specific questions as well
