Any geometry course that would cover this type of material would typically require linear algebra as a pre-requisite, which very few high school students have.
Only a small percentage of high school students take anything past linear algebra and multi-variable calculus.
You'd be hard pressed to find a high school that offers this type of material, let alone one that requires every teacher to be proficient in the subject.
