I'm not sure what my teacher is asking here; can someone help clear it up?

Submit a written outline of your paper that presents the thesis and a 1-page Narrative argument. Your narrative argument should show how you plan on arguing your thesis while also presenting a significant argument against it. Answer this criticism as you think adequate. Try to anticipate what someone who disagrees with you might argue and include materials in your argument that might convince them to come around to your side.(Outline is worth 3%, Narrative Argument is worth 3%).

So, my question is..what is the difference between my outline and my narrative argument?

My friend who's in the class tried to explain it to me, but he just said, "The narrative argument is arguing your points and the outline is just a summary of your paper". Since my paper is an argumentative paper, wouldn't the outline of my paper be basically the same thing as the narrative argument? Or..what's the difference?
