i wana know if you can understand this

"A great way to solve wage problems would be for example if people can invest in machines, and the work that machines do in a company will be paid for to the owner of that machine by the company. People would be able to make money from their machines hard at work. The owner of that machine will be in charge of maintenance of the machine. "

i made revisions to this

A great way to solve wage problems would be for example if people can invest in machines that do work for companies. The work that machines do in a company will be paid for to the owner of that machine by the company. People would be able to make money from their machines hard at work and the owner of that machine will be in charge of maintenance of the machine. So basically the person who invested in the machine will be sitting at home and he will be getting money sent to him by the company while his investment does the work.

there are schemes were the workers have a stake in the company (just as an aside)

how are you dealing with the issue that one machine might be producing only low value parts which on the other hand are essential for the overall work?

/edit

to your update: who will operate the machines? load/unload the machines?
have you ever seen a factory at work?

you yourself have 'maintenance' specified
while i do understand what you are saying i don't consider it will be a solution to the 'wage problem'
