I need some reasons why Instant Gratification is good for society.

supports consumerism - thus supporting business - thus society

instant gratification usually cheap, easily obtainable - obtainable by the poor/less fortunate - gives them some happiness where otherwise they may not have the chance for more sophisticated long-term goods.

a car not worth half that.
