yes

Does this sound right?

If you dissolve of NaF in water and find that the new boiling point of the solution is 103.1OC. What is the mass percent of NaF?

Delta Temp (+3.1) = i (2) x (m) x Kf (.5121)

m = 3.026752587

3.026752587 moles of NaF gives me 127.0878909 grams when I multiply it by its atomic mass (41.9882 according to my textbook)

Would this then equal to [ (127.0878909 grams NaF) / (127.0878909 grams NaF) + (1000g H2O) ] x 100

Does all this look right?

Yep

Be more thorough with your parenthesis

A/(a + 1000)

So I'd write the final answer in % right? Not in decimal form?

well, if it asks for percentage you need to give it in percentage
like, 50% instead of .5
