1. Varies greatly by area and casino. I live in colorado and the max limit at any table game is $100 so your system would fail pretty quick here. A lot of vegas casinos have some $10k limit tables and you can probably play even higher limits if your a whale with a million dollars to gamble.

If your winning they're going to try and keep you there even longer because they want to make their money back. Casinos kick players out for card counting because that actually gives the player an advantage.
