A: If we never cleaned the woods, people wouldnt go in the woods, cause of the overgrow of plantation(which is good i think) so id pay $1 a month. for a park ranger to pick up trash.

A: I don't think i will, cause then once again, the U.S will monopolize off free energy source. I'd just install solar panels on my roof.
