i think D is 0, the numerate evaluates to 0, the denominator does not. I didn't go any further (I don't think there is a need).

if it is lim to -2 it evaluates to 0/0

postscript: at least what i was able to make it out to be, as said before it is difficult to read and still can't make out the exponent in 'c'

hmm upon closer inspection, perhaps that is a -3 in the denominator instead of a +3... It looks like perhaps there is a pencil mark through the "minus" to make it a "plus".... Garbage in, garbage out.
