Not sure what you're asking about it.
A square root is the same thing as a 0.5 exponent, so I rewrote the square root as an exponent to get 15 * x^0.5 - 12x^.5
At this point it is a derivative just like all the others. The 15 and 12 remain because they are not "plain numbers" they are part of the terms containing the variable x.
Multiply 15 by the exponent (0.5), subtract one from the exponent (0.5 - 1 = -.5) and you get 7.5x^-.5, and do the exact same for -12x^0.5
