It really depends...

while studying with usual going out (beginning of semester):

2 days x 8 hours & 2 days x 4.5 hours & 3 days x 6 hours = 43 hours

while studying with a bit going out (mid of semester):

2 days x 8 hours & 4 days x 6 hours & 1 day x 4.5 hours = 44.5 hours ( didnt make as much of a difference as I thought :o )

before exams (end of semester):

1 day x 8 hours & 6 days x 5 hours = 38 hours

overall: 43 & 44.5 & 38 / 3 = 41.83 hours

Pick the one you like the most or take the overall one.

I'm also interested in your results, if you dont mind pming me.

Hope this helps :)

I was told the hours you work hard in a week is the same amount of hours you should rest. Working hard can consist of yard work/actual work/school etc. Basically, I work 37 hours a week (because of lunch breaks) I probably do on average 2 hours a day for housework/yardwork. So approx. 51hours of work a week.

I should be sleeping 7-8 hours a night. :P

because the need for sleep does not change on the weekend?
