there is the sesame street website which has some stuff you can use: http://www.sesamestreet.org/home
and if you google for 'english for beginners' you will find quite a few free online-courses, like
http://www.esolcourses.com/uk-english/beginners-course/free-english-lessons.html
http://www.learn-english-online.org/
http://www.english-4kids.com/
the last one looks quite interesting for your purpose but not sure if it is totally free

watch disney movies in english (they will associate the picture, to the idea, to the words)

read dr.seuss books and help them out if they can't associate a word to an idea

have ba-da-sugi - basically korean spelling/grammar quizzes (but make them English for your purposes of course). you can give out prizes/fruity smelling stamps.
