Do you have a list of stocks though with their expected return?

Basically, you are setting up a system of equations which brmv simplified to a single equation in post # 6. you can input your desired values and solve for an unknown.

what is most important to you the composition being 80%/20%, yields being 9%/3%, or do you have some other desired point?

Nope, this is exactly what I was looking for. TYVM. I just needed a rough ratio at those rates/portfolio composition.

For the modeling purposes it isn't necessary, but depending on how much time I have before I present I may break that ~ 83.3% stock portfolio into ~ 5 stocks that make up that 83.3%% and give a 9% overall yield.

Essentially I can put any variables I want to make the systems model to make it more accurate/descriptive, but I am limited on my time currently.

Thanks again everyone.
